Information we collect
We collect account information such as your username, account identifier, and optional email; text conversations; voice recordings and transcripts; Pairveen replies; profile and preference details; family and match information; questions, interest, consent, and reveal decisions; and product-interaction events used to operate and improve the app.
Because Pairveen builds a matrimonial profile from what you tell it, this information may include a person's name, age, date of birth, gender, city, country, nationality, education, occupation, employer, marital status, children, religion, sect, community, languages, immigration status, height, income, values, lifestyle, marriage timeline, and contact details. Please only provide information you are authorised to share.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, maintain conversations, transcribe and play voice notes, provide contextual multilingual replies, assemble profiles and preferences, measure profile completeness, suggest and manage introductions, record mutual interest and consent, prevent abuse, provide support, diagnose reliability problems, and understand feature performance.
AI and service providers
Pairveen uses Cloudflare for application hosting, databases, queues, security, and private media storage; OpenAI for conversational and profile-analysis features; and ElevenLabs for speech transcription and spoken replies. Information needed for a request may be sent to these providers for processing under our instructions and their applicable service terms.
Voice notes and AI improvement
Your recordings, transcripts, and Pairveen replies are stored with your conversation so they can be recovered, replayed, and used to maintain context. Pairveen does not mark a voice note as eligible for our model-improvement work unless you make that choice in the product. We do not use advertising trackers and do not sell personal information.
Storage, access, and retention
Information is kept for as long as the account and related service need it. Authorised administrators may access account, profile, conversation, transcript, and audio information for profile review, user support, safety, and quality investigation. Account reset and deletion requests are processed in the background; access is disabled while deletion is pending. Operational copies may remain temporarily where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You can review and correct assembled profile information in the app. Available account controls let you log out, reset Pairveen data, or request account deletion. You can also decide whether a note may help improve Pairveen. A family or candidate's private details are revealed only after the product's interest and consent steps are satisfied.
Security and international processing
We use technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Pairveen and its providers may process information outside your country, including in countries with different privacy laws.
Adults only
Pairveen is a matrimonial service intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children.
Changes and questions
We may update this policy as Pairveen develops. The effective date above will change when an update is published. During TestFlight testing, use Send Beta Feedback from the TestFlight app for privacy questions or requests.
